Fellowships
Project Horseshoe Farm (HSF) Fellows participate in a year-round service opportunity supporting community-based health care organizations, nonprofits, and/or housing programs in one of three sites: Greensboro, AL, Marion, AL, or Pomona, CA.

- A one-page resume
- The names and contact information for two references
- A one-page personal statement
- Responses to four short answer questions of varying length, focusing on: your rationale for applying for the fellowship, your leadership, your extracurricular activities, and your conception of “living a good life”
